EPDM seals are not suitable for oil, hydrocarbon, halogenated solvent, and concentrated acid.

The Maximum Continuous Working Temperature is +100 C
The Maximum Intermittent Working Temperature is +110 C
The gasket needs to be compressed to form a tight seal.
