Materials:

Formed components (fittings) material no.: CW024A according to EN 1254
Casting components (threaded fittings) material no.: CC499K according to EN 1282

Applications:

A premium grade Copper fitting, designed for use with:

• Drinking water (fully WRAS approved)
• Purified water
• Heating
• Cooling water (chilled water)
• Boosted cold water
• Plant rooms
• Steam condensate (with FKM seals)
• Flammable gases classed and according to DVGW G 260 (HNBR Gas Approved Yellow seals)
• Compressed Air, Argon, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide

Pressure and Temperature Ratings:

When used alongside fittings with EPDM seals for applications other than Compressed Air:

• 15-108mm: (PN16) 16 bar, operating temperature: -30°C to +120°C

When used alongside fittings with HNBR seals for applications involving flammable gases:

• 15-108mm: (PN5) 5 bar, operating temperature: -20°C to +70°C

When used alongside fittings with EPDM seals for compressed air:

• 15-108mm: (PN16) 16 bar, operating temperature: -30°C to +120°C

Guarantee:

This certificate acknowledges that the following guarantees are in place for M-Press Copper Press Fittings against manufacturing defects provided the systems are installed correctly and as per our installation guidelines. The guarantees will be in place from the date of installation. These installation guidelines are available upon request.

These guarantees are also in place if fitted with other manufacturers pipeline components conforming to the current specified standard(s), including Aalberts X-Press (formally Yorkshire), Geberit Mapress, Sanha Press Systems, Conex B-Press, Viega, RM, Eurotubi, and Nirosan.
