DAB JET 82 M 240v Self priming

Applications

Self-priming centrifugal pump with good suction capability, particularly if water contains air bubbles & small grains of sand.
Used especially for supplying water to domestic installations. Ideal for use in micro agriculture and gardening, where self priming is required and limited industrial services.

Constructional features of the pump

The body of the pump and motor support is cast iron.
Support for the motor is die-cast aluminium for Jet 62-82-102-112-92-132.
Diffuser, impeller, the Venturi tube andthe sand guard are made from a Technopolymer
Pressure discs are stainless steel.
Mechanical seal is a carbon ceramic

Constructional features of the motor

Induction motor is closed & cooled using external ventilation.
Rotor is mounted on an over sized greased sealed for life ball bearing set to ensure silent running and long life.
There is a built in thermal cutout and current overload protection together with a capacitor that is permanently in circuit for the single-phase version.
Three-phase motors should be protected by an overload protection circuit that complies with the current regulations in force.
Manufactured according to CEI 2-3 and CEI 61-69 standards (EN 60335-2-41).

The operating range is from from 0.4 m3/h to 10.5 with a head of up to 62m.

clean, free from solids or abrasive substances, non viscous,
non aggressive, non crystallized, chemically neutral, close to
the characteristics of water.

The liquid temperature ranges from -10°C to +35°C for domestic use (EN 60335-2-41) and for other use between -10°C to +40°C.
