Guarantee

This certificate acknowledges that the following guarantees are in place for M-Press Fittings against manufacturing defects provided the systems are installed correctly and as per our installation guidelines. The guarantees will be in place from the date of installation. These installation guidelines are available upon request.

These guarantees are also in place if fitted with other manufacturers pipeline components conforming to the current specified standard(s), including Aalberts X-Press (formerly Yorkshire), Geberit Mapress, Sanha Press Systems, Conex B-Press, Viega, RM, Eurotubi, and Nirosan.

Pressure and Temperature Ratings

When used alongside fittings with EPDM seals for applications other than Compressed Air:

• 15-22mm: (PN40) 40 bar, operating temperature: -30°C to +120°C
• 28-35mm: (PN25) 25 bar, operating temperature: -30°C to +120°C
• 42-168.3mm: (PN16) 16 bar, operating temperature: -30°C to +120°C

When used alongside fittings with HNBR seals:

• 15-108mm: (PN5) 5 bar, operating temperature: -20°C to +70°C

When used alongside fittings with FKM seals:

• 15-108mm: (PN16) 16 bar, operating temperature: -30°C to +180°C (maximum spike temperature: 230°C)
