The information we collect and how we use it
When you register on our website or with our credit account facility we need to know your name and the name of your Company (if appropriate), postal address, e-mail address, telephone number. We also need to know what type of account you wish to open with us
Currently our website only uses session cookies to track your progress around our site and to enable you to logon. You must have Session Cookies enabled to use this site.
The only information we gather from you is your registration details and order information. Credit Card details are not stored on our Servers.
How we protect your information
The internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy. Your details are stored in a password protected database behind a firewall on our own personal web server. You internet account password is stored in hashed form to increase the security of your account. This means that we don't know your password, only you do. If you forget your password then a new one will be sent to your email address and you are recommended to change that password on your next logon. To log on you will be directed to our SSL login page using 128bit encryption this protects all orders and account changes. We have other forms of protection to keep your transactions safe from attack which are not advisable to make public knowledge in the event of that information aiding prospective attackers.
Sale of business
If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business
Updating your details
