What does it mean to register?
Register is a feature offered to make your checkout process quicker and easier. You will have the choice of saving your details, then simply entering a username and password for any future transactions. You can also view your order history and set up multiple addresses.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All products listed on TradeCounterUK.com are normally available ex-stock and wherever possible, orders received before 14:00 hours will be despatched for next-day delivery. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date if an item is out of stock.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. You can enter alternative delivery address details in additional addresses in 'My Account'.
Can I track my order?
Yes. By ringing 01244 288000 or emailing our sales office on sales@colglo.co.uk between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Why do items and prices vary from branches to website?
It is much more efficient for us to sell our products to our customers through our web site - because you do all the work, and in most cases, pay for the goods before despatch - we are therefore very pleased to pass these cost savings on to you in the form of lower prices.What if I have already negotiated special or contract prices with my local branch?
TradeCounterUK.com has been designed to automatically allow the customer the best price available for all products and will take account of any contracts or special price agreements already in place.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel your order at any time and return goods for credit, providing you follow our procedures:
1. You will need a reference number from us and provide us with
the details of the item{s} to be returned.

3. We will either arrange for collection of the item by one of our
carriers or ask you to return the item in its original condition,
including packaging.
4. If the item{s} is faulty and within warranty, we will either repair
it or despatch a replacement.
5. If the item is no longer required, we will process a refund once
the item{s} are received and inspected.
6. In certain cases, a restocking and/or administration charge may
be applied.
